Bill, a native of Canada, and his wife, Julie, from Northern Ireland have two sons: Sam and Joel. Bill started working at Emmaus in June 2016 as a resident missionary professor, specializing in Biblical Studies. Bill did his undergraduate study at Millar College of the Bible in Canada and also has a masters degree in theology from the University of Chester in England. Before coming to Emmaus, Bill and Julie lived in Northern Ireland for 5 years.
